I'm Marc. Equipped with 20 years of experience in the Newcastle property market and surrounding regions, and with the help of my wife, Allison, I run Valiant Property Investments.
While it may surprise many, property is not our only preoccupation. Like most of our clients, we are busy entrepreneurs, licensed professionals, social welfare advocates, and striving parents to our daughter, Holly.
Juggling all these hats and building our portfolio demanded a tremendous amount of hard work and sacrifice. While we are proud of our achievements and grateful for the lessons we’ve earned, we know that not everyone can afford to make the same sacrifices as we did. Looking back at our struggles, we ourselves wish that we could have outsourced our property investment and not waited until later to dedicate more time to our families, our careers, and our health.

As the directors of the company, we both hail from working-class towns and have experienced the 'school of hard knocks' first-hand. Growing up, property ownership was a distant dream for most of our families' generations and those around us. We remember the uncertainty and financial worries that characterised our early years, and it's a part of our past we hold dear.
